Marumiini

Marumiini is a multi-genre djane from Tampere, Finland. Since 2022 she has played sets all over Finland from mind-bending psytrance and quirky suomisaundi to harder acidy techno and epic drum and bass rollers.

However, suomisaundi has slowly but surely taken over her heart, as she continues spreading the joyful melodies of suomisaundi to people from kids’ raves to sweaty nightclubs and smaller underground hideaways.

Her sound is a mix of careless joy and playfulness, combined with basslines that will bring out your inner dancer and melodies that get SO stuck in your head it might drive you crazy - until you hear it again. Marumiini’s energy sparks the joy suomisaundi brings out in her and lets you forget about everything else but the wonder of suomisaundi for a while.
